Inspired by the Stagecoach’s Historic Cedarburg location and fueled by the need to better accommodate new guests and loyal friends, the Timber Club was conceived.  The stunning genuinely timber framed structure is now one of the area's largest music halls and also represents the Conley’s first foray into cuisine.  This breathtaking new venue offers incredible ambience, friendly people, comforting food, spirited drinks, and curated entertainment all under one truly spectacular roof. 

To complement Timber’s musical offerings the Conley’s set out to find some of the best culinary talent in the area, bringing in Alex Martinez and Joel Rivett and giving them the keys to create something incredible.  With Chef Alex drawing inspiration from his Puerto Rican cooking techniques and flavors,  and Chef Joel insisting on locality in his recipes and ingredients, the duo easily found their concept… a casual, relaxed small plate Wisconsin Supper Club experience. Simple, fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and locally sourced options for every palate.
